NC law riquires all students entering 7th grade to have one dose of Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis) and one dose of meningococcal conjugate vaccine.

This year, BCPS, is partnering with Psalsm Urgent Care and Solid Rock Family Medicine by offering on-site shot clinics for rising 7th graders. It is NOT mandatory for your rising 7th grader to participate (but does offer an easy convenient way for your student to receive the required vaccines). The clinic at EBMS will be April 25 from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm.

Consent forms have been sent home for this shot clinic. If you want your student to participate in this clinic at school please return this form no later than this Thursday, March 29.
